ESI Inspections 702-496-4300

Why are home inspections important?
Home inspections are an essential part of the home buying process. A home inspection gives you important information about making your purchase. The inspection will cover all major operating systems of the home and provide you with details about the structural and mechanical condition of the property. This information will allow you to make the most educated decisions about your purchase. For more information about what the inspection will cover, please review the web page entitled Property Inspection.

How much time will it take to perform my home inspection?
Each home inspection is different, so there is no standard time period for an inspection. The time for your home inspection will vary based upon the age of the home, property condition, and square footage. Furthermore, pool and spa inspections can add additional time. ESI will be happy to provide you with a time estimation for your specific property, prior to the inspection.

How much will my home inspection cost?
The cost of a home inspection is also variable. It is based upon four key factors: 1. Age of home, 2. Property condition, 3. Square footage, and 4. Promotions. These items are all considered and evaluated for the cost of each inspection. We utilize our knowledge and special promotions to give clients a competitive price, while providing optimal services.

Do I need to attend my home inspection?
Attending a home inspection is optional. While many clients opt not to be there for the duration or attend at all, clients are always welcome. We understand that our clients are very busy, so we do our best to schedule appointments at feasible times, so that our clients have the option of attending.

What are the acceptable methods of payment for my inspection?
ESI accepts various forms of payment including check, cash, and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover).

Will you perform the recommended repairs?
By law, ESI Inspections, LLC is unable to perform any recommended repairs. We are experts in home inspections, and repair personnel are experts in their fields. Therefore, we separate the two businesses, so that you are getting the best services from the most qualified companies.

Will I be able to consult with you after the inspection regarding information in your report?
ESI is available to clients seven days a week. While we have office business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, our experts are available by phone any day at most any time. If you need to leave a message with us, please feel free to do so, as we return all calls within 24 hours.
