When issues are found, the report provides a photograph of the area, a statement of the problem, the location in the home; and lastly, direction for further evaluation and resolution. We provide this detail, so that you are aware of the action needed to easily remediate the finding. To assist with the review of each report, a Summary Page is provided, which gives an overview of the most immediate issues and allows you to quickly review the condition of the property. At any time, if you have any questions about a finding in the summary or report, you can reach our inspectors by telephone seven days a week! This will allow us to further explain anything that is of concern. We know your time is valuable, that’s why we offer reports that can be sent and viewed via e-mail. This allows us to send you the report as soon as it’s finished! However, if you prefer a physical copy, we are happy to provide a printed and bound report at no additional cost to you. ESI will deliver a copy directly to you, or mail to wherever you are. We always spend extra time creating the most beneficial report for you!
